Answers to our most commonly asked questions
Q: What does a typical organization session look like? A: Our sessions are scheduled in 5 hour increments and are scheduled weekdays from 9am-2pm. We have at least 2 or more pro organizers working together in a space. Our organization process involves removing items from the space, categorizing, decluttering items, removing trash and donation items, creating a personalized organization system, space styling and final labeling.
Q: Do I need to buy all new containers? A: We work with all budgets and are happy to organize spaces using containers you already own, or can shop and purchase new containers and products needed for your specific space.
Q:Do I need to be home while you declutter my things? A: Not at all! We are a full-organization service, which means you don’t have to lift a finger or even be home while we transform your spaces. We stay in close contact with you as we work through your items to ensure we have open communication and that your desires are fulfilled each step of the way.
Q:Do you install storage shelving? A: Absolutely! Our Simply Home team is happy to install most storage systems and shelving. We also can design and install custom storage systems for any space in your home.
Q:What does a final walk-through mean? A: Our complimentary walk-through is where one of our pro organizers will give you a detailed tour of your newly organized space once it is completed. The organizer will answer any questions you may have, make simple adjustments where needed, and give personalized maintenance tips for long-lasting order.
