What would life be like if you lived with less?
Less TV. Less emails. Less phone. Less stuff. Less stress. Less work. Less Distractions.
I like to believe that when we remove unnecessary excess from our life, we can achieve more peace, more time, more enjoyment and more happiness.
A favorite quote of mine states, “Reduce the complexity of life by eliminating the needless wants of life, and the labors of life reduce themselves.”
— Edwin Way Teale
Isn’t it interesting that we live in a world of acquiring more, yet when we acquire more, it often leads to more stress, more maintenance and more work for ourselves.
This month, I am on a personal mission to lessen the excess distractions in my life. For most of us, that’s technology use. I have found that while technology is not necessarily considered a physical “clutter item,” I believe that it is the core cause of excessive clutter in our minds, homes, families and personal productivity than any other item in our life.
So, what better way to kick off this month of “Less is More” than to challenge ourselves to a 3 Day Tech-Free Challenge!
